This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and replacements are processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival
You received the wrong product
The item is missing parts or accessories
Return Window:
A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return Approval
For a return to be approved:
The item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
Photos/videos clearly showing the issue must be provided (damage/defect)
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of misuse, physical damage after delivery, or missing accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or physically damaged items
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to mishandling, power surge, or improper use
Accessories or products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received back:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account/UPI ID
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement instead of a refund if:
The product is defective
The product stops working within the return period
The wrong product was delivered
A replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued

8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to defective/damaged/wrong product, return shipping is free
If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may apply
