This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and replacements are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

Return Window:
A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return to be approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue must be provided (damage/defect)
    We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of misuse, physical damage after delivery, or missing accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, power surge, or improper use

  • Accessories or products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received back:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account/UPI ID

5. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product stops working within the return period

  • The wrong product was delivered
    A replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to defective/damaged/wrong product, return shipping is free

  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may apply
